Chat for your website

We’ve rolled out the new Chat module - a real-time messenger right inside your Checkstat panel. Communicate with visitors online.

• Work together: You can invite colleagues, transfer chats, and see which of them are online in real time.
• Visitor information: country, city, device, browser, screen size, language, number of visits, and last activity. All this data is displayed next to the open chat so you can respond with context.
• Chat features: text, emojis, images. Quotes for convenience, typo correction after sending, and message deletion.
• Administrator capabilities: You can rename a visitor's ID, set their avatar, clear their history, delete message chains, or start a conversation yourself. Delivery marks show that the message has been sent and read.
• One-click setup: It's simple, turn on the chat with one switch. Need working hours? You can add a schedule, and the widget will be unavailable when you are not there.
• User status: You can see when someone is typing, leaving the page, or returning in real time.
• Included for everyone: Chat is included in every pricing plan, including the free one.

Referral system: adaptive informer

We've enhanced the referral system with a responsive informer that offers customizable size, color schemes, language options, and corner rounding to seamlessly integrate into your website.

Activity pagination & dashboard auto-update control

Activity page pagination:

Implemented paginated navigation for all paid plans on the activity page, making it easier and more convenient to view detailed visit statistics.

Dashboard auto-update management:

Added the ability to manage auto-updates directly from the dashboard.

New features in the activity section

We are excited to announce significant improvements to the activity section, enhancing both date interval selection and visitor filtering capabilities.

Predefined and custom date intervals:

Predefined intervals: Users can now select from a range of predefined date intervals, making it easier to analyze activity over common timeframes such as "Last hour," "Today," "Yesterday," "Last 7 days," "Last 30 days," and "All time."

Custom intervals: For more flexibility, a custom date range option has been added, allowing users to specify any desired time period for activity tracking.

Advanced visitor filtering:

Comprehensive parameter filtering: Users can filter visitors based on any available parameters. This includes the ability to include or exclude visits according to specific criteria.

Flexible value matching: Filters now support "contains" and "does not contain" options, enabling precise control over the displayed data.

Conditional activity filters: Users can set conditions such as equals, not equals, contains, not contains, less than, greater than, and range are all included, providing a complete overview of the filtering capabilities.

Added selection of grouping parameter

Added a parameter selection to the dashboard page to group statistics for the last 30 days. This allows you to group visits by different criteria such as country, city, operating system, browser, device type and referrer.

Also, grouping parameter selection has been added to the API, and the manual has been updated.

API Integration

Developed an API integration system, enabling seamless embedding of statistics directly on your website. The feature is available for all plans, including Free. An API key can be obtained from the profile page, and detailed integration documentation is provided in the help section.

New changelog section

Added a dedicated changelog section where information about the latest updates and features is available. Each entry in the changelog includes the date, version, and a brief summary of improvements.

Custom name for domains

Added the ability to set custom names for each domain on the sites page. To edit a custom name, hold down the left mouse button on the domain name for 3 seconds to reveal the editable field. The custom name will appear in the tooltip when hovering over the domain.

Added “Last 30 days” column with summary statistics.

A new "Last 30 Days" column has been added to the sites page. This column displays a summary of visits over the past 30 days for each site, along with a visual chart showing daily visit counts. This addition provides a quick overview of recent activity.

Time range selection for last activity

Added a time range selection feature on the dashboard’s "Last Activity" section of the dashboard. This allows viewing detailed visitor activity across different time periods.

Added referral system

Added referral system to help you earn while sharing CheckStat. Now, you’ll receive 10% of every transaction made by users you bring to the platform. The referral system can be activated and managed directly from your profile page. Start sharing and earning today!
